Shivpuri and surrounding areas are warmer in winters and more comfortable that the metros cities of North India, like Delhi because of 2 reasons
(a) Sun is brighter during the day because of the pollution free air.
(b) Unlike Delhi; Shivpuri and surrounding areas doesn't get fog in the first half of the day.
As far as the evenings are concerned it's cold and that's why you enjoy the evening bonfire to the fullest.
